Apply to clean, dry skin.
Squirt the foam onto the plain side of the applicator mitt. Can be applied using the hands, if without a mitt.
Apply to the skin evenly, in sweeping circular motions.
Apply left-over foam to the elbows, knee, wrists, ankles and the face.
Wait until touch dry before you get dressed.
