It's free! Simply spend over £25 with us and you will automatically qualify for our Free UK Saver Delivery option. Your parcel will arrive within 2 - 4 days from the date of dispatch via Evri courier service.
If you're not in when the parcel is delivered the courier will re-attempt delivery up to a maximum of three times. Please make sure you give a delivery address where someone will be able to accept, or a safe place is available as parcels may be left in your nominated safe place or with a neighbour. You can create a free account within Evri to set your delivery preferences/requests for all deliveries with Evri.
You will be sent an email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery can be made any time, usually between 7:00am to 9:00pm, and sometimes later where deliveries are being done at peak times of year.
After three delivery attempts your parcel will be returned to us.

Delivery times
We strive every day to post as many orders as we can. Usually that means that most orders get posted the same day if ordered before 10pm. If you order around that time or after the odds are that we will send it out the next day. Occasionally we might have to wait a day or so for some stock to arrive but that is only on a few occasions.
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that is on its way to you.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders, 20 workings days have passed for EU order and 25 working days have passed for items sent to the rest of Europe.
How does Brexit affect my Jersey Beauty Order?
The UK has left the EU as of 31st January 2020. For our European customers, outside of the UK, Brexit will not change your Jersey shopping experience - we will let you know if this changes.
Europe - Restricted Items
Please be aware that we cannot send parcels containing batteries, perfumes, aftershaves and aerosols outside of the European Union and Norway. To avoid delay to the processing of your order, please do not select any of the above as we will be unable to fulfil your order if you are located outside of these regions.
Electrical Items
All electrical products come with UK power adaptors only. Local converts will be required and you must check that the voltage will work in your area. We cannot be held responsible for any compatibility issues.
EU Orders
European orders are sent by Evri and passed on to the local courier. Your parcel should take between 3 -7 working days to be delivered to you depending on your exact location. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.

Please be aware that we cannot send parcels containing batteries, perfumes, aftershaves and aerosols outside of the European Union.

Free Returns
If you would like to return or exchange your order - Please contact our Customer Services Team for your free-post returns label.
When returning your order, please ensure you request a proof of postage. If on the rare occasion your parcel is lost on its way to you, we would need the proof of postage/receipt to investigate further.
If you’ve returned your order, please allow 10 days from the date you returned your order for it to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know.
If 10 days has passed, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to help further.
