How To Use

Remove the tampon from the paper wrapper.
Check that the cotton string hangs down
Hold the tampon at the end with your thumb & finger.
Place the rounded tip end at the entrance of your vagina.
Push the tampon towards the small of your back until you feel comfortable where it sits leaving the string hanging outside your body.
You now shouldn’t be able to feel the tampon. If you can, then it isn’t inserted far enough & needs to be pushed further into the vagina.
Wash your hands & you’re done.
