This is a fantastic product. You can really notice a difference after a couple of days of use.

Amazing product. I had bags, dark circles and fine lines. I use this twice a day use and the difference is amazing. I've used also on fine lines near my nose and the results are amazing.

Just started using - it was recommended - but feels nourishing and absorbs well. Will give 5 stars when my wrinkles disappear.

I have always used skin smoothing moisturiser but since it’s changed to Balance 2.0 my skin feels extra dry and I doesn’t feel like I’ve got moisturiser on. I tried Intensive Moisture Balance 2.0 and this suits my skin a lot better.

I have used it before and liked it very much. I then tried another to be sure I had the right one for me and am now convinced, this is the best. It doesn't tingle allthough it is pretty strong concentrated with 20%. It leaves my skin very hydrated, smooth and plump. This is the one for me.

I have not used it long enough to give a statement. I have used the one from The Ordinary and I'm comparing the two now.

First time using this product and so far so good, I really like this cream.

This is a great multi tasker - a moisturiser, foundation and sunscreen all rolled into one. What’s not to like? I don’t like putting thick creams onto my face but this is light and easily absorbed.

Lovely on my skin & really helped soothe my redness, I could see a difference after only a couple if applications.

The cream goes on with ease skin feels soft no noticeable wrinkle improvement as yet but only been using for 2 weeks

Softens the lips without leaving them feeling ‘greasy’ great scent and holds my lipstick in place longer than usual.

I have now changed to Intensive Moisture Balance 2.0 having used Skin Smoothing Cream for a few years . I have found that since the product has changing to 2.0 that after a while my skin doesn’t look or feel as if it has been moisturised. Intensive Moisture Balance is better but still feel as if my skin need to be moisturised a few hours later .

A first time user. I found the cream to be a lot thinner than I was used to and at first was using way too much. But I got use to the amount I needed after a while. Feels nice on the skin and sinks in quickly. No adverse reaction even though I have a sensitive skin. I would buy this again (if the price is right)

This product did not agree with my skin and I had an allergic reaction

I like the texture of the cream, it goes on nicely. However, the smell lets it down badly. It smells like lemon furniture polish, totally overpowering, and really makes the product feel cheap.

I love the face cream, but the packaging is awful as the plastic rim around the lid shatters and the shards, which can’t be seen, penetrate the facial skin, not nice! I have bought this both from Amazon, and having experienced it there, changed to Jersey Beauty just to try, same old same old, very disappointing, however, cream without shards, amazing!!!

So far so good I've tried ordering more but u are currently out of stock but I will keep trying

I love this product. I use it before bedtime because I use a tinted moisturiser for daytime. My skin never feels dry. Would recommend it 100%.

Absolutely love this.... use it every night after overnight repair serum. Can really tell the difference in my skin when I run out of this.... not good ! Only problem is no indication when the last pump will be !

So far the product does appear to help reduce dark patches under the eyes and also reduce puffiness. Unfortunately this product seems to have a name change every so often and the new name seems to be an excuse to put the price up, and consequently no longer offers such good value for money.

I love this product and I have used it for quite a while now. It is fine for my very sensitive eyes.

I alternate this with the multivitamin power firm, one a.m. and the other p.m. This also is fine for my sensitive eyes and has caused no irritation.

For the first time ever with a Dermalogica product I found that it aggravated my eyes. When I perspired ( which I do a lot these days ???? ) my eyes started stinging. I won’t buy it again & I wouldn’t recommend it
